With a background in technology and intellectual property, Beverly brings a fresh perspective to our family law practice.

Since many of our clients work in Silicon Valley tech, Beverly’s previous work in civil practice allows her better to understand some of the challenges they face. She has counseled clients on commercial litigation matters and trademark infringement claims. She has also represented technology clients in patent litigation and IPR proceedings. Her experience includes wearable devices, app software, telecommunications, RFID technology, and GPS systems. She has a full toolbox of skills that she uses to great effect in her family law practice.

Beverly served as editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara Law Review, managing a seven-department team of 50 law student editors working to publish scholarly legal articles. She oversaw the entire production process of articles from selection to publication.

Beverly is active in the Croatian-American community.
