Pallie Zambrano possesses a vigorous drive to win for her clients.  In her practice, she represents families in all aspects of marital dissolutions, including custody and visitation, asset valuation and misappropriation, assessment of support, tracing of separate property reimbursement claims, and validity testing of pre-nuptial agreements. She has earned a reputation for delivering successful outcomes to her clients, even in the most sensitive matters.  Pallie navigates complex situations involving family law issues in tandem with business litigation, criminal defense, and general civil litigation matters.

Pallie brings well-rounded perspective and depth to the Family Law team.   Formerly a civil, business, and medical malpractice lawyer, her business litigation acumen allows her to implement singular strategies and guide clients efficiently through all aspects of the Family Court processes.  Pallie is caring, creative, and perceptive - a trial attorney who knows how to deliver a powerful and direct message on behalf of her clients.

  • Negotiated complex property division settlements.
  • Litigated custody disputes involving addiction and violence allegations.
  • Represented clients facing international move-away threats.
  • Obtained restraining orders for client and children against abusive spouse or parent.
  • Tackled issues associated with the discovery of protected materials and the right to privileged information.
  • Amicably settled allegations of negligence, 42 U.S.C. §1983 violations, privilege and punitive damages for an inpatient psychiatric treatment facility.

Professional and Community Contributions

Pallie is co-founder and president of the Bay Area chapter of The Pajama Program, a non-profit that collects new books and pajamas for children in shelters. She serves on the Board for La Raza Lawyers Charitable Foundation of Santa Clara County.
