An experienced civil trial lawyer, Priya guides her clients through complex and challenging cases with care and compassion.

Licensed in both New York and California, Priya has represented both institutional and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial matters, including real estate disputes, fraud and breach of contract actions, business torts, white collar matters, and defamation suits.  She also has extensive experience with civil rights cases.  As a participant in the Ninth Circuit’s Pro Bono Program, Priya regularly represents pro se defendants in their appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, she has experience with alternate dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

    • Successfully defended a motion for summary disposition in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
