As Case Intake Coordinator, Brittani is often the first point of contact for the firm’s prospective clients.
A kind and empathetic person, Brittani answers potential client calls, listening to the callers’ cases and answering their general questions. She checks for conflicts of interest and works to schedule and calendar the first consultation with appropriate attorneys. She prepares reports and fee agreements as required, and works closely with other members of the potential client team.
In addition, Brittani works with all attorneys to ensure that their work is recorded in a timely and precise manner. Originally a member of the firm’s Front Office team, Brittani is a reliable and effective communicator who possesses the experience and adaptability to support members of the McManis Faulkner staff.
