Records Manager

Hyacinth supervises all day-to-day operations of the records room and oversees the training of records assistants.

She helps maintain the integrity of the firm’s legal records and works with the firm’s trial lawyers to manage all papers and digital data associated with caseloads. In addition, she updates McManis Faulkner’s records system and assists legal assistants with court filings, document duplication, off-site records, and trial preparation.

In addition, Hyacinth heads the safety team.  She makes sure that every person hired knows the safety protocols.  She organizes CPR classes and leads safety training for the entire firm annually.

Hyacinth has a wealth of experience and provides a high level of client service.  She is a team player, facilitating clear communications between lawyers, paralegals, the records center, and front office reception with equal ease.

  • Professional & Community Contributions

    Hyacinth is a member of the Te Mau Tamari’i A Tiare / Na Kamali’i A Kiele dance group, and actively participates in and supports the Polynesian Community. 

    For over 15 years, Hyacinth has worked with the Surf Rider Foundation and The Clean Water Fund, picking up trash at local beaches and helping to raise funds for these nonprofit organizations. 

    In addition, Hyacinth has assisted the 49ers at community events supporting survivors of breast cancer.  She performed cosmetic makeover-and-reveal events for survivors and their family members.  In addition, she and her team also lent support to Convey of Hope, giving haircuts to local families going through hard times.
