For the fifth consecutive year, McManis Faulkner hosted a delegation of government lawyers from the People’s Republic of China as part of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers’ (IATL) annual China Program. The firm hosted a week long orientation, after which the delegates traveled to the homes of IATL Fellows in various cities across the U.S where they experienced the life of an American trial lawyer. After two weeks in residence, the delegates reconvened in San Jose to share their experiences before they returned to Beijing.
