McManis Faulkner Donates Technical Support to La Raza Roundtable
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA - August 2010
McManis Faulkner is proudly hosting and contributing technical support to the Facilitator of the consensus building process aimed to create transformative systems changes responsive to the local crisis of Latino overrepresentation in the Criminal Justice, Juvenile Justice and Juvenile Dependency Systems.
La Raza Roundtable, in collaboration with officials from the City of San Jose and County of Santa Clara, is convening the consensus building process under guidance of a Conflict Assessment it commissioned from the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP) last year. In support of the process, McManis Faulkner has committed to donate meaningful resources. According to the Facilitator, the firm is demonstrating a “clear leadership role in contributing private resources to this collaborative endeavor.”
