The Santa Clara County Bar Association Appellate Courts Committee selected Michael Reedy and Honorable Gregory Ward to serve as panelists for a MCLE seminar covering the effective use of standards of review in trial and appellate courts. The panel of experts include acting and retired members of the bench, local appellate attorneys, academics and a representative from the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
