McManis Faulkner Partner Elizabeth Pipkin Honored as Woman of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal

Elizabeth Pipkin, a partner at McManis Faulkner and leader of the firm’s civil trial practice group, was honored as one of “Silicon Valley’s Women of Influence” by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

“To be recognized by the broader Silicon Valley business community is a great accomplishment for Elizabeth. Taking on some of our largest and toughest cases, she is an outstanding trial lawyer. Her exceptional work, combined with her long-standing dedication to the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley and the legal industry as a whole, makes Elizabeth worthy of recognition as one of the region’s top women,” said James McManis, head of the firm.

Women of Influence honorees are nominated by their peers and chosen by a panel of previous Women of Influence recipients. Selection is based on success within their industries and contributions to their communities.

In her practice, Pipkin represents Fortune 500 companies, closely held businesses, charitable institutions, and individuals in a range of trial work, including IP disputes, commercial claims, and personal injury cases. She serves as a member of the firm’s management committee and is on the board of trustees of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, the largest provider of free legal services for those in need in Silicon Valley. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (2001) and her B.A. from Brigham Young University (1998).
