Partner Elizabeth Pipkin Inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America

Partner Elizabeth Pipkin was inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Pipkin joins partners James McManis and William Faulkner in the prestigious society.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of 3,500 members, less than one-half of one percent of all American lawyers. Established as a trial and appellate lawyer honorary society reflecting the American bar in the twenty-first century, the LCA membership represents the best in law. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are evaluated based on accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. In addition, the LCA is dedicated to promoting outstanding advocacy, professionalism and ethical standards among its Fellows.

In her practice, Pipkin represents Fortune 500 companies, closely held businesses, charitable institutions, and individuals in a wide range of trial work, including trade secrets, complex commercial disputes, and civil rights cases. She chairs the firm’s civil litigation group and serves on the board of trustees of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, the largest provider of free legal services for those in need in Silicon Valley. In addition, Pipkin currently serves as a lawyer representative of the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.
