McManis Faulkner paralegal Jairo Bustos has been selected as a 2023 Law Student Scholarship recipient by the Santa Clara La Raza Lawyers Association and the La Raza Lawyers Charitable Foundation. Jairo was one of seven scholarship recipients honored at the organization’s 26th Annual Scholarship dinner on October 11, 2023.
Since 1998, the La Raza Charitable Foundation has awarded grants to Bay Area law students whose contributions to the community have encouraged and advanced the social, cultural, economic, and legal equality of the underserved and underprivileged, especially those in the Latinx community.
Jairo is a Juris Doctor candidate at Golden Gate University School of Law.
