Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT Manager with projects, daily tasks and reporting
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and peripherals
  • Basic networking and configuration (WAN, LAN) troubleshooting
  • Desktop and phone setup and troubleshooting.
  • Printer and copier troubleshooting and maintenance

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat 2017
  • Familiar with Windows 10
  • Familiar with mobile phone use, setup, and troubleshooting (Android, iOS)
  • Familiar with security, firewall and anti-virus software
  • Familiar with remote assistance, remote desktop (RDP)
  • Must have basic networking (TCP/IP) knowledge
  • Verbal communication skills

 

Experience:

  • Help Desk: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Information Technology: 2 years (Required)
