- Assist the IT Manager with projects, daily tasks and reporting
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and peripherals
- Basic networking and configuration (WAN, LAN) troubleshooting
- Desktop and phone setup and troubleshooting.
- Printer and copier troubleshooting and maintenance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat 2017
- Familiar with Windows 10
- Familiar with mobile phone use, setup, and troubleshooting (Android, iOS)
- Familiar with security, firewall and anti-virus software
- Familiar with remote assistance, remote desktop (RDP)
- Must have basic networking (TCP/IP) knowledge
- Verbal communication skills
- Help Desk: 2 years (Preferred)
- Information Technology: 2 years (Required)
