Isaac D’Amore Nieblas

With great diligence and empathy, Isaac represents clients in business, family, and civil rights litigation.

Isaac works for and with his clients, guiding them through complex legal issues all the while providing them with reassurance as well as solutions.  A trial attorney at heart, Isaac meticulously prepares each case for trial readiness to give his clients the best result from the date a complaint or answer is filed up and to final verdict and appeal.

Most recently, Isaac worked as a McManis Faulkner law clerk, contributing to pleadings, motions and discovery responses while attending Santa Clara University School of Law.  Prior to law school, Isaac worked with political refugees and human trafficking victims at the Centro de Ayuda Legal Para Inmigrantes and worked with first-generation college students at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley.  During his time at Santa Clara University undergrad, Isaac was elected the Director of the MultiCultural Center where he built coalitions amongst the students of color organizations and represented Santa Clara University students of color to school administration and board of trustees.

As the first in his family ever to graduate from college and law school, Isaac has the determination to advocate for his clients with kindness, integrity, and intelligence.
