Michael Reedy, a leading expert on Anti-SLAPP laws, was selected as panelist for the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s MCLE Seminar covering the Anti-SLAPP statutes. The seminar examined how the laws are used, how they are changing, why it is important for attorneys to understand them and what shape a federal version of these laws, proceeding through Congress, may take.
