Attorney Jocelynn Maier did a presentation on how to overcome problem counsel and witnesses at deposition. The MCLE presentation included strategies for taking and defending depositions with a focus on preparing for different types of issues that may arise from opposing counsel or difficult witnesses. The seminar also addressed how to seek assistance from the court. It was hosted at the firm’s offices.
