McManis Faulkner Expands Family Law Group with Addition of Brandon Rose

McManis Faulkner announces the addition of Brandon Rose to its Family Law Group as an associate.

“We are very happy to have Brandon return to the firm, where he spent time during his early career. His background in civil and business litigation will further our offerings and confirm our status as one of Northern California’s preeminent family law practices,” said James McManis, head of McManis Faulkner.

Rose rejoins the firm from a private practice. Focusing on family law, he represents individuals in a variety of matters, including marital and domestic partnership dissolutions, separation disputes, domestic violence, and child custody, visitation and support.

Rose is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and he served on the Barrister’s executive committee. He has worked as a service attorney for the Santa Clara County Modest Means Panel and the Silicon Valley Pro Bono Project. Rose earned his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (2009) and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (2004).
