McManis Faulkner announces the elevation of Brandon Rose to partner, effective January 1, 2018.

Rose is member of the Family Law Group, which has been recognized as the No. 1 Family Law firm in Northern California by the legal community for eight (8) consecutive years. He represents clients during marital dissolution cases, resolving property and business disputes, as well as contested child custody and support issues. Rose previously practiced business and civil litigation, and also owned his own law firm, where he honed his skills as a family lawyer.
Rose is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and served on the Barrister’s executive committee. He worked as a service attorney for the Santa Clara County Modest Means Panel and the Silicon Valley Pro Bono Project.
Rose earned his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (2009) and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (2004).
