For the ninth consecutive year, The Pajama Program and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts teamed up for the “Open Your Heart” campaign. From 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., volunteers accepted drop-off donations of new pajamas, nurturing books, and monetary donations from guests, employees and community members. At day’s end, 1,722 brand-new pairs of pajamas and 602 books were sorted and shipped to local foster care facilities.
