Civil Practice Associate

McManis Faulkner, a Silicon Valley trial firm, seeks associate attorneys for our civil practice. Associates should have 3+ years of experience. Experience necessary in state and federal courts with significant trial and complex legal research experience. Must have the ability to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team setting. Member of the California Bar is required.

Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered. The pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skill set and experience, is $150,000 – $175,000.
