Legal Assistant

McManis Faulkner, a Silicon Valley trial law firm, seeks a full-time Legal Assistant with 4-5 years of experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in litigation procedures and calendaring, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and in formatting documents; have excellent written and oral communication abilities; solid grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills; as well as proficiency with document management and e-discovery. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a team setting is also preferred.

Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered. The pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skill set and experience is $90,000 – $120,000. This position is based in downtown San Jose and the individual is required to be in the office full-time.
