Miriam assists legal teams in a wide range of litigation matters.
Miriam is involved in all areas of the firm’s trial practice including civil litigation, family law, corporate law, and complex litigation. In addition to providing carefully drafted briefs, motions, and appeals for various cases, Miriam also interviews witnesses, organizes evidence for trials, and provides client support in a variety of cases. Miriam was previously a summer associate at McManis Faulkner and served as a legal extern in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, as well as the San Francisco Unified Family Court.
Miriam navigates complex emotional dynamics with sympathy and care. With a background in psychology and past experience working with families as a child and family specialist for a wraparound program, Miriam is well-versed in handling delicate and emotionally-charged situations.
In her spare time, Miriam is an avid reader with a book in hand at all times. Although her interests span many genres, her favorite book is Dostoyevsky’s “Crime and Punishment.”
