Tyler represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes. His clients range from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He also frequently represents defendants and victims in criminal cases.
In 2024 and 2025, Tyler tried five cases – all with successful results. The first trial was an elder abuse case in which Tyler proved that his elderly clients had been financially exploited, resulting in a judgment returning their home to them. The second was a criminal trial in which Tyler’ s client faced more than 250 years imprisonment, i.e., a life sentence. After a seven-week trial, the jury split evenly, and the Court declared a mistrial, resulting in a “time served” settlement. The third was a breach of contract case in which the jury, after deliberating for less than an hour, returned a verdict to the exact penny Tyler requested. The fourth was a bench trial in which the plaintiff alleged civil harassment. Tyler represented the defendant. Mid-trial, the plaintiff dismissed his case in exchange for an agreement that Tyler’s client not sue for malicious prosecution.
In late 2025, Tyler was lead attorney in a high-stakes fraud and forgery trial. Tyler represented the defendants, a healthcare company and its executives. The plaintiff was a former vice president of the company, alleging concealment, misrepresentation, and false promises related to his employment. Tyler and his team substituted into the case less than two months before trial. He immediately began preparing for trial, at the same time navigating procedural hurdles and numerous technical issues including stock equity valuations, expert witness testimony, and employment law protections. After a five-week trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Tyler’s clients on all counts.
Although each of these cases presented starkly different legal and evidentiary challenges, Tyler used his talent and broad experience to obtain excellent results.
