Sarah works one-on-one with attorneys and support staff to develop a training schedule. She implements a diverse training plan encompassing advancements in legal technology, diversity and inclusion, ethics, and wellness for all firm members.

With strong social and organizational skills, Sarah also coordinates special events held at the firm and oversees the firm’s Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) programs. She applies her administrative skills as a member of the retention team, organizing and classifying case documents.
