His commitment to advocacy for underrepresented people led him to the study of law. Before joining the firm, Jairo worked with Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY), a nonprofit dedicated to helping young people in the justice system. At the firm, he supports the civil litigation team, skillfully handling document productions, records acquisition and timeline preparation, discovery, and e-filing across state and federal courts through trial. He works with witnesses and experts, prepares exhibits, and manages trial logistics. This combination of practical insight from his work outside of the firm, his passion for service, and strong work ethic makes Jairo a valuable asset to the firm’s trial teams.
