Michele focuses on all aspects of family law, including child custody and visitation, move-aways, domestic violence, child support, spousal support, valuation of property and division of assets.
A fierce advocate who is familiar with the myriad complex legal and emotional issues involved in family law proceedings, Michele works closely with her clients to help mitigate the stresses that may often arise in complex divorce and custody cases. In addition, she handles date of separation disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, reimbursement claims, valuation of equity compensation, stock options and businesses, paternity disputes, post-nuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements.
Michele is a member of the executive board of the Women Lawyer’s Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Society of Legal Advocates.
