As Director of Firm Operations, Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and all associated business and administrative tasks. Heading up the case intake and closing processes, she matches client or matter demands with her team members’ capabilities and availability, and assists in tracking case progress and needs, including client satisfaction and billing.

Having spent almost two decades with McManis Faulkner, Nicole knows the firm’s intricacies. She plays a crucial role in overseeing client service delivery, assisting with staffing and employee relations, leading the administrative and paralegal teams, and guiding the firm’s executives and partners to fulfill firm objectives and goals.

Nicole’s knowledge of legal policies and procedures is extensive, often gleaned from her tenure as a paralegal on the firm’s civil litigation team. Deepening her insights, she has also previously held roles as case intake administrator and case manager.

Nicole has a natural and unique ability to bring all team members together, bridging the firm’s different practice groups to comprise one cohesive team to provide excellent client service. Both in and out of the office, Nicole is a facilitator, a driver, and a leader.
