Staci Dresher, associate general counsel with Mintz Group, presented a seminar on “High-Tech Sleuthing: Tips and Resources for Investigative Lawyers.” She discussed advanced sleuthing techniques that investigators use, including internet, email and computer forensics and other digital resources, and the legal and ethical issues governing these tactics. The workshop took place at the firm’s office.
