For the third consecutive year, McManis Faulkner hosted a delegation of government lawyers from the People’s Republic of China as they experienced the life of an American trial lawyer. As part of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers’ (IATL) annual China Program, the Delegates arrived first in San Jose for a week-long orientation followed by a two week stay in the homes of IATL Fellows in various cities across the U.S.
