Tyler Atkinson was a featured speaker at the Santa Clara Bar Association’s “eDiscovery: Practical Tips and Practices for Discovery in an Era of Electronically Stored Information.” The seminar addressed the California eDiscovery Act and the California Rules of Court specifically addressing electronic evidence. The presentation also examined how to draft requests for production of electronically stored information, the form of production and searching for electronically stored information (ESI). Hosted at the Santa Clara County Bar Association, attendees gained hands-on experience in reviewing sample discovery requests and conducting searches for responsive discovery.
