At the Asian Law Alliance (ALA) 38th Anniversary Dinner held on April 10, 2015, McManis Faulkner was recognized as a Community Impact Honoree. ALA honored the firm with a plaque recognizing its success in the first trial challenging the constitutionality of an individual’s placement on the federal government’s No-Fly List. During the dinner, Congressmen Michael M. Hondo and Anna G. Eshoo each presented the firm with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition. McManis Faulkner also received an Assembly Certificate of Recognition from Evan Low Assistant Majority Whip, Assembly Member, 28th District – San Jose/Silicon Valley.
