James McManis was a featured speaker in Santa Clara County Bar Association’s seminar “Nuts & Bolts of Litigation Part III: Law & Motion Practice.” Held on June 11, 2015 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the SCCBA Seminar & Conference Center, the seminar covered how pre-trial motions can significantly narrow the scope of a case, alter the balance of power between the parties, or even result in final resolution of the matter.
