Stanford University 2016 U.S.-China Legal Exchange

James McManis was a panelist at The U.S. Department of Commerce and Stanford Law School 2016 U.S.-China Legal Exchange. The event was a full day program of presentations by high-level Chinese officials on intellectual property rights (IPR) and e-commerce issues in China. McManis spoke for the panel “Judicial Reform, Including Establishment of Specialized IP Courts and Use of Case Law as Precedent; Judicial Explanation on Patent Law.”
