Elizabeth Pipkin, Ninth Circuit Judicial Council Lawyer Representative, attended the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in Anaheim. The Conference is held annually, to consider the business of the courts in the Ninth Circuit, to advise means of improving the administration of justice in the Ninth Circuit, and to assist in implementing decisions made by competent authority as to the administration of the business of the courts in the Ninth Circuit. The theme of the conference was “From Blockchain to Free Speech: At the Intersection of Independence and Leadership.
