The Northern District of California Lawyer Representatives Committee will hold the annual Northern District of California Judicial Conference at the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa Valley. The conference will feature nine panels on various topics of interest to Northern District judges and practitioners. Panelists include judges from the federal judiciary, private and public-sector lawyers, professors, and representatives from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Elizabeth Pipkin serves as Ninth Circuit Judicial Council Lawyer Representative.
