The SCCBA Barristers had a rare treat when trial lawyer James McManis joined them for a virtual happy hour. There he drew on his 50 years of experience representing all kinds of clients in criminal, civil, and family law courts to impart wisdom and give tips on how to represent clients successfully in trial.
