A proud supporter of the arts, McManis Faulkner has sponsored an exhibition at the San Jose Museum of Art each year for over 20 years. This year, the firm is sponsoring the Christina Fernandez: Multiple Exposures exhibition.
Christina Fernandez is a Mexican American photographer born in Los Angeles, where she continues to live and teach today. She is known for her portraits and landscape photography that pay homage to her East Los Angeles community, her family’s history of migration, and the Chicano movement. This will be her first monographic museum exhibition.
This particular exhibition was selected for the San Francisco Chronicle’s list of visual art events to visit this year and it will be on display from June 7, 2024 – Sept. 22, 2024.
