McManis Faulkner hosted the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s seminar and workshop regarding first impressions at trial.
This workshop allowed for both new and experienced attorneys to learn about and practice techniques and strategies in jury selection and opening statements. The seminar featured a panel presentation and break-out sessions for attendees to practice opening statements based on mock fact patterns.
