Managing Partner Elizabeth Pipkin was a panelist at the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s (SCCBA) MCLE webinar titled “Tech Founder Business Divorce: Equity Concerns and Litigation Pitfalls.” Pipkin was joined by a mediator and two additional attorneys to discuss how to navigate and prevent disputes between a tech founder and co-founder, or between investors and board members.
