The Civil Practice Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA) hosted its annual “Civil Trial Institute” at McManis Faulkner. A two-part MCLE program covering advanced topics facing trial practitioners extending over the course of two days, groups discussed new issues facing attorneys this year, and how to tackle these challenges in the civil practice.
