For many years, McManis Faulkner has sponsored an exhibit at the San Jose Museum of Art. This year, McManis Faulkner is proud to sponsor Degrees of Separation: Contemporary Photography from the Permanent Collection. Photographers, inspired by the themes in the play Six Degrees of Separation, have created works that encourage viewers to pay close attention to the world, to be cognizant of the long-term consequences of our actions, and to deepen our rapport with the fellow inhabitants of the planet we all share.
William Faulkner has served on the Board of Directors of the SJ Museum of Art since 1993 and is also a member of the Executive Committee.
