After pending for seven years, Ibrahim v. Department of Homeland Security, et al. began trial on December 2nd in the District Court for the Northern District of California (San Francisco). Rahinah Ibrahim’s ongoing legal battle to challenge her status on the government’s “No-Fly List” was widely covered in the media.
