William Faulkner’s representation of Blue Sky in a consolidated class action lawsuit that also includes fellow defendants Disney, Sony, DreamWorks Animation and other animation studios was recently highlighted by The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline. Both The Hollywood Reporter article, titled “Sony, Disney and DreamWorks Slam Anti-Poaching Lawsuit as Futile,” and the Deadline article, titled “Disney, DreamWorks Animation & Sony Want Antitrust Class Action Tossed,” were published on Jan. 12, 2015.
