Elizabeth Pipkin has been appointed as one of six attorneys who serve as lawyer representatives for the Northern District of California, Ninth Circuit Judicial Council. As a lawyer representative, she will assist in the planning and execution of the annual conference of the federal judges in the Northern District. She will also accept committee appointments relating to court rules and practice. Appointment as a lawyer representative is an honor reserved for experienced federal practitioners with a demonstrated commitment to the Northern District. Elizabeth chairs the firm’s Civil Litigation practice group and focuses on technology, trade secret, commercial, and civil rights cases.
