McManis Faulkner Partner Elizabeth Pipkin Achieves Senior Fellow Status with the Litigation Counsel of America

Elizabeth PipkinMcManis Faulkner managing partner Elizabeth Pipkin has achieved Senior Fellow status with the Litigation Counsel of America. Pipkin, originally selected as a Fellow in 2015, is one of four McManis Faulkner partners, alongside James McManis, William Faulkner, and Tyler Atkinson, to be named a Fellow in the prestigious society.

The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is by invitation only and highly selective – based on excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and a superior ethical reputation. Senior Fellow status is reserved for lawyers who demonstrate advanced levels of commitment and support of the LCA, the Diversity Law Institute and the Trial Law Institute.

“I am honored to achieve this milestone with the LCA, which brings together a roster of 3,500 elite trial lawyers. It is humbling to be included in this group of esteemed professionals,” said Pipkin. “All of us at McManis Faulkner take great pride in developing our trial skills and  succeeding in the courtroom. To have four lawyers included in the LCA is a tribute to the firm.”

Leading McManis Faulkner’s civil trial team and serving as the firm’s managing partner, Pipkin represents companies and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including those involving technology, trade secrets, complex commercial issues and civil rights matters. She is the immediate past president of the Board of Trustees for the Silicon Valley Law Foundation, overseeing the organization’s various social justice initiatives in the community. Pipkin recently co-chaired the Northern District of California Lawyer Representatives Committee and serves as a board member for the Northern District Practice Program. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Harvard Law School Association of Northern California. Pipkin received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (2001) and her B.A. from Brigham Young University (1998).
