Partner Michael Warren was recently interviewed by KTVU regarding the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) and the near completion of 135 apartments by the Tamien Light Rail Station in San Jose. It is the first transit-oriented development to be completed on VTA property in 25 years, according to KTVU.

These families are doing everything right — working hard and contributing meaningfully to our community — but they still can’t afford to live in Santa Clara County.”
