SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 1, 2026 – McManis Faulkner congratulates partner Elizabeth Pipkin for her selection to the Civil Local Rules Attorney Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Pipkin is one of five lawyers to serve on the advisory committee.
In addition to serving as managing partner of McManis Faulkner, Pipkin represents companies and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including those involving technology, trade secrets, complex commercial issues and civil rights matters. She is a past president of the Board of Trustees for the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, overseeing the organization’s various social justice initiatives in the community. Pipkin serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern District Practice Program (NDPP) and a member of the Northern District of California’s Standing Committee on Professional Conduct. She recently co-chaired the Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representatives Committee for the Northern District of California, and she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA) of Northern California. Pipkin received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Brigham Young University.
