Brandon Rose

Brandon handles complex family law cases.   Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius once said, “What stands in the way becomes the way,” which is the strategy Brandon uses to benefit his clients.

Marital dissolution cases are often filled with obstacles, yet Brandon treats every obstacle as an opportunity.  He approaches problems creatively, resolving property and business disputes, as well as contested child custody and support issues.  By weighing the risks and rewards, he helps his clients play a winning hand.

Before joining the Family Law Group, Brandon practiced business and civil litigation, then owned his own law firm, where he discovered and honed his skills as a family lawyer.  His familiarity with the nuances of international family law, as well as his sensitivity to cultural differences may be traced back to his days teaching English as a second language in Tokyo, Japan.  His background and experience add depth to the team-based approach at McManis Faulkner, recognized as the #1 Family Law firm in Northern California.
