A Certified Family Law Specialist, Brandon handles complex family law cases with delicacy and precision.

Marital dissolution cases are often filled with obstacles, each of which Brandon treats as an opportunity. He approaches problems creatively, resolving property and business disputes, as well as contested child custody and support issues. By weighing risks and rewards, Brandon helps his clients navigate case complexities to reach the best possible outcome.

It takes dedication to become a Family Law Specialist certified by the State of California. In addition to passing a written examination, Brandon was required to demonstrate comprehensive experience in family law and to receive favorable evaluations from other attorneys and judges familiar with his work over the years. To keep his certification by the State of California, he will continue to take advantage of educational opportunities in his specialty, going above and beyond the requirements for general practitioners.

Before heading the Family Law Group, Brandon practiced business and civil litigation, then honed his skills as a family lawyer at his own law firm. His familiarity with the nuances of international family law, as well as his sensitivity to cultural differences may be traced back to his days teaching English as a second language in Tokyo, Japan. His background and experience add depth to the firm’s team-based approach.

Marcus Aurelius:  “What stands in the way becomes the way.”
