Trinity E. Taylor

Associate

Trinity is a driven, client-focused trial lawyer.

With experience both prosecuting and defending cases, Trinity represents clients in employment matters, real property disputes, and business cases. She has litigated cases involving claims of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, nuisance, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and a derivative action. As a former Deputy District Attorney, Trinity gained invaluable jury trial experience.

For business clients, Trinity handles sensitive workplace investigations and consults on general employment policies and practices. Corporate officers and directors come to her for advice regarding business and employment practices, including Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), American disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, paid sick leave, reductions in force (RIF), and COVID-19 rules in the workplace.

While she is comfortable in the courtroom as well as representing clients before administrative and regulatory bodies, Trinity is equally at ease at the negotiating table where she has represented clients in various mediation and settlement proceedings to successful resolution. She is motivated by the motto “Pretty good isn’t good enough” (Charles Osgood). As she puts it, “Clients expect and deserve excellence, and I aim to deliver.”

Trinity is passionate about community service focused on children and animals. She has been part of the Kiwanis family since 2004 and she has held roles of club president and lieutenant governor.
