The first Barristers Bootcamp offered 11 topics in bite-sized presentations to help new attorneys with skills in all practice areas. Nicole Zendejas, Case Manager for the firm, offered tips about how to be a good team player, how to utilize all the talent working on a case – from file clerks, to legal assistants, to paralegals, to fellow associates and partners. Her main message was that everyone has a part to play – unleash the potential around you to get the best results for clients.
